The Dead Air CT5P Patrol is a compact, direct-thread rifle suppressor designed for use on semi-automatic rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO and 6mm ARC. It incorporates a gas-regulated internal design intended to reduce backpressure and limit changes to bolt velocity on both direct impingement and piston-driven systems. The fixed direct-thread configuration allows for a shorter overall length and reduced weight compared to modular mounting systems.

Constructed using additive manufacturing and Haynes 282 alloy, the CT5P is rated for full-auto fire and has no minimum barrel length restrictions. The internal Compact Triskelion baffle design is intended to reduce muzzle flash and visible spark while managing sound and gas at the shooter’s position. The suppressor is available in Black or Flat Dark Earth high-temperature Cerakote finishes and in 1/2×28 or 5/8×24 thread patterns.
